Mini Notes uses Apple's iCloud to sync your todos across your Mac and iPhone. Your data is stored in your private iCloud account and is only accessible by you. We have no access to your iCloud data.

No Account Required

Mini Notes does not require you to create an account or sign in to our services. Sync works through your existing Apple ID — no additional registration or email collection.

No Analytics or Tracking

We do not use any analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party services that monitor your usage of the app.

No Third-Party Servers

Mini Notes does not communicate with any third-party servers. The only network communication is with Apple's iCloud for syncing your data.
